Shoe Sanctuary: We're 2 gals who are super crazy about shoes. We have a dedicated shoe cupboard to prove it! But we can't keep on collecting shoes on retail prices. So in this sanctuary, its the place to shop for all kinds of shoes at reasonable prices, because we'll have something for everyone.

Terms & Conditions

1. All items pictured here are brand new.
2. Reservations are strictly limited to 48 hours, pending which, item will be released to the next interested buyer.

3. Reservations will only be made for buyers who fill up the order form.

4. No price haggling or refunds will be entertained. All care will be taken to ensure colour of pictures, description of items etc are as accurate as possible.

5. Exchanges are possible if the shoes don't fit and are still in a brand new condition. Please read our exchange policy below. Sizing is based on wearable insole measurement, ie, tip of where your toe is in the shoe itself to the heel. So follow the size according to the length of your feet from tip to toe.

6. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Pos Malaysia. We will, of course, package the sent items properly.

7. All monetary transactions can be completed via Maybank, Public Bank or Paypal. Please include our email address in the bank form if it is an online transfer, or email/sms us after it is done.

8. Shipping will be done within 3 working days of confirmed payment via-

W Malaysia- RM8(min)

E Malaysia- RM10(min)

9. COD is possible with 30% downpayment and at our convenience only. This is because one of us is working, and the other has no car to get around. Do enquire within. We may be able to work something out.

10. ALL promotions/discounts/offers are not applicable to items that need to be restocked, unless stated otherwise.

11. We reserve the right to add to, or change any of the above T&C at any given time if faced with backout/MIA buyers.

Shoe Guarantee & Exchange Policy

We take the utmost care to check all shoes for defects, ie, poorly executed stitching, faulty buckles and scuff marks etc when we acquire them. Basically, if we won't like buying them as a customer, we won't get them to sell to you. Hence, we can guarantee that you will be satisfied with the shoes when you see them in terms of quality. There will therefore be no exchanges for the complaint of quality.

However, if it is because of the shoe size, we will exchange them for you provided-

1. The request for change is within 5 days of us posting it out.

2. The shoes in your hand are still in brand new condition.

3. We still have the available size you are requesting.

4. You bear the postage charges for both returning to us and for your newly requested pair to be sent back to you even if COD was used earlier.
