Shoe Guarantee & Exchange Policy

We take the utmost care to check all shoes for defects, ie, poorly executed stitching, faulty buckles and scuff marks etc when we acquire them. Basically, if we won't like buying them as a customer, we won't get them to sell to you. Hence, we can guarantee that you will be satisfied with the shoes when you see them in terms of quality. There will therefore be no exchanges for the complaint of quality.

However, if it is because of the shoe size, we will exchange them for you provided-

1. The request for change is within 5 days of us posting it out.

2. The shoes in your hand are still in brand new condition.

3. We still have the available size you are requesting.

4. You bear the postage charges for both returning to us and for your newly requested pair to be sent back to you even if COD was used earlier.
